What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented team leader for our Project Management department. Key responsibilities will include leading and coaching the team members on projects, internal systems/standards building and internal process development.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to launch and complete class leading automation solutions by contributing to process development, concepts, design, manufacture and integration. The project manager also organizes performance testing, Installation and commissioning through to start of production.

  • Oversee planning, implementation and tracking of automation projects from start to finish
  • Use internal systems to monitor status of budgets, scope and schedule
  • Maintain critical documents and databases used for communicating project performance
  • Organize and direct the project team for priority activities as required to satisfy the successful outcome of the project
  • Use Technical strengths, ensure requirements are being satisfied as proposed

Project Management Office (PMO) is the most dynamic department within an automation systems integrators organization. It is responsible for the financial health of the projects that have been awarded as well as to ensure customer requirements are being met. Objectives are established at the onset of the project and the PMO protects those objectives, seeing them through to closing. Risk is managed using developed tools to mitigate and eliminate. The PMO is the communication hub for the team and relays information internally and externally. By effectively managing time, schedules are attained , ensuring efficient execution of the activities that will bring the project to a successful close.
