The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for implementing company policies and programs, and to perform all administrative tasks related to HR practices. Services the department managers by facilitating staffing & recruiting, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, and also oversees all internal Health and Safety requirements.
In addition:
- Maintain all HR databases with up to date information
- Research Government Grants for hiring, training etc.
- Keep current with industry staffing availability and wage scales
- Guide and demonstrate employee orientation
