Sales processes are very exciting in an automation systems integrators organization. The department is responsible for maintaining a healthy sales backlog of projects. Customer requirements for product quality and mass production rates are key to being awarded work and the applications engineering team is responsible for meeting these and communicating to our customers how we are going to achieve this. Risk is identified and communicated using developed tools. The sales office is the launching pad for new work and the applications engineer introduces the projects to the teams.
